Kelly Michelle Stables was born in St. Louis Missouri where she performed in The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia granted her a degree with a laude for Theatre and Communication. When she moved from Missouri to Los Angeles in 2004, she took part in theater arts, including acting and conducting more than 20 musicals. A few of the productions include The Little Foxes Brady Bunch : The Musical Peter Pan for The Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera. Kelly started landing TV and film roles as she studied improvisation and became an Theatre West company member. The combination of her unique voice, and small size allowed Kelly to create an array of vibrant characters. The most famous character she has played is Naomi Watts's evil Samara from The Ring 2, but her most famous role was as the charming receptionist from Two and a Half Men. Kelly was a regular on TV the sitcom of Land The Exes between 2011 and the year 2015. The show featured Kelly as the paralegal by day and party hopper by evening. Kelly also appeared as Alyssa's sassy, sexpert sister on the ABC show Romantically Challenged and as the mother of a stressed suburban family in the CW show No Tomorrow. Her singing soprano has been lent to several animated cartoons, including Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry Sofia the First. The most recent time she was seen on NBC's cult comedy Superstore as the dim, however adorable Cloud 9 worker. She has a peaceful private life with her husband and two small children. She loves sewing, writing and volunteering at school activities.
