Antonina Shevchenko is an Kyrgyzstani Muaythai fighter from Peru and a mixed martial arts artist competing for in the UFC for the Flyweight Division, is in Kyrgyzstani. She is also the older sister of an earlier UFC Flyweight champ as well as fellow UFC fighter Valentina. Antonina Shevchenko is who is a Muay Thai kickboxer, began her fight sports career at her first IFMA World Championship Tournament. Shevchenko won this tournament in a unified victory against Suzane Miller. Antonina was awarded an award of Silver in 2007, a Bronze Medal in 2008 and a Gold Medal in 2011 and the IFMA 2016 Amateure Muay Tha World Champion. Antonia was first introduced to the professional world in at the age of 2003. She was the winner of the World K-1 Championships of WKC Light Welterweight 2012, the Lion Fight Lightweight Championships 2016 and both the WMC World Championships and Phoenix FC World Championships 2016. Antonina's last fight was against Isa Tiedblad Keskikangas, who was fighting at the Phoenix Fighting Championship. She won by unanimous vote. Antonina shevchenko won her first professional MMA fight in 2002 against Anara bayanova in the KFK Championship in Kyrgystan. She took the fight by TKO in round 2. Her two subsequent matches were held in WXF X-Impact World Championships. Shevchenko took a break from MMA in order to concentrate on boxing. She made her return against Anissa Haddaoui at Phoenix FC 3, 2017. Shevchenko had the chance to beat Anissa with a unanimous verdict and beat Valerie Domergue on Phoenix FC 4 in 2017. The league was dissolved in 2018, Shevchenko was a part of Dana White's Contender Series. Shevchenko took on Jaimelene Nievera at Dana White's Tuesday Night Contender Series 11. Antonina knocked out Nievera using her impressive striking ability during the clinch final round with knees placed on her body. Antonina Shevchenko was awarded an UFC Contract after this victory. Antonina received a UFC contract following her victory. Shevchenko beat Roxanne Modafferi by a split-decision fight after winning the first bout by a an unanimous decision. Antonina was able to bounce back from the defeat and beat Lucie Pudddilova on UFC on ESPN Covington-Lawler by rear-naked submissions in the 2nd round. The fight was awarded Antonina the Fight of the Night bonus. Shevchenko was 1-2 over her subsequent three bouts. She beat Ariane Lipski, but fell to Katlyn Chokagian as well as Andrea Lee. Antonina has recently been knocked down by a TKO in round two to Casey O'Neill, at UFC Fight Night Santos Vs. Walker.
